How long does a detail take?
Full Exterior and Full Interior take roughly 2 hours each. Wash & Wax is about 3 hours. Clay & Seal takes around 4 hours. SUVs and trucks may run slightly longer — I'll confirm an estimate when you book.
Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?
I come to you. As long as you're within ~10 miles of Atherton (94027), there's no travel fee. I just need access to a hose and an outdoor outlet.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
You don't pay until you've inspected the car and given me the thumbs-up. If anything's off, I'll fix it on the spot, free.
How do I pay?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. No card fees. Payment happens after the job, in person.
Can you get pet hair / heavy stains out?
Almost always. Heavy stain removal is $9.99 per seat or carpet area. Pet hair is included in the Full Interior. For severe cases, send a photo when you book.
What are your hours?
